TaudBenghazi
Taud Benghazi is a key development of Enmaa — the visionary Benghazi developer Brandinc. had branded earlier — and, in its own right, more than a development: a declaration of a city’s return to prominence. Taking its cue from the symbolic Benghazi Mountain, this urban master development blends culture, nature, architecture and ambition into a singular destination, and Brandinc. built the brand to carry it — a bilingual identity, Arabic and English, positioning Taud as Benghazi’s new urban icon.

The Positioning
Taud is positioned as Benghazi’s new urban icon — a symbol of ambition, elegance and return. The idea rests on four pillars: a cultural and civic renaissance, smart luxury living, sustainable urbanism, and a strategic economic gateway for the city and the region. It is a brand built not only to sell a development, but to carry a city’s pride — a place, in its own words, where ambition rises.

The Identity
The identity is bilingual by design — Arabic and English given equal weight — anchored by a mark as composed and deliberate as the architecture it represents. A restrained palette, considered typography in both scripts, and one consistent visual language let Taud read as elegant and assured across every surface, from the smallest detail to the largest render.

The System
From the brand books and stationery to the project profile and sales kit, the system was built to make Taud tangible before a single resident arrives — a coherent suite of collateral and templates that briefs investors, partners and buyers in one clear voice, and holds its value as the development moves from launch to landmark.

In the City
Out in Benghazi, Taud takes its place — social channels, hoardings, flags and billboards carrying the same restraint and the same ambition, introducing the destination to the city it belongs to. “Life Elevated”, “Life Connected”, “Better Living Without Compromise” — the brand arrives fully formed, a landmark announcing itself before it is built.
