Address Hotels + Resorts

From 2020 to 2024, Brandinc. was the strategic brand evolution partner to Emaar Hospitality for Address Hotels + Resorts — repositioning one of the UAE’s leading homegrown hospitality brands and acting as its brand custodian as the portfolio grew across the region.

The Mandate

The engagement began as a brand refresh and a full repositioning of Address Hotels + Resorts, following a redesign of the hotels — and grew into a long-term brand partnership. As the brand’s custodian, Brandinc. sat on the same side of the table as Emaar Hospitality, briefing and aligning the social, events, PR and creative agencies around one coherent brand expression, so that every touchpoint stayed on-brand as the hotel group scaled.

Beyond Identity

The mandate reached well beyond visual identity. Brandinc. set the brand positioning and held everything downstream to it: experiential consistency across the guest journey, narrative and messaging clarity across every channel, communication systems the whole portfolio could run on, and the brand governance to keep a fast-growing hospitality brand aligned.

One Brand, Two Registers

Address had been built as an urban hotel brand. As the portfolio expanded, Brandinc. prepared it to stretch — introducing a resort brand expression alongside the urban one and defining the brand architecture between them. The result was one brand in two clear registers: the city Address and the resort Address, each true to the same core and each unmistakably itself.

Pre-opening, Market by Market

Brandinc. led brand for every Address pre-opening — across the UAE and into Bahrain, Makkah, Istanbul and Egypt. Each hotel opening carried the same standard: the positioning intact, the guest experience consistent, and the brand arriving in each new market fully formed, from day one.
